Thank you for shopping with The Culture Shop! Since our products are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hello-thecultureshop@outlook.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We'll submit a reprint or refund request with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
